Ordination of Elder David Elliott

Mt. Moriah Primitive Baptist Church met in conference on the third Sunday in April, 2018, to consider Brother David Elliott for the office of the gospel ministry. A motion was made, seconded and passed by a unanimous vote to ordain Brother David Elliott to the full work of the gospel ministry. 

Sister Churches were invited to attend Brother David’s ordination service on June 23, 2018. Brother David preached a very able, spirit filled sermon after which the presbytery was formed and Brother David was ordained.

Elder Elliott has been filling the pulpits of several churches in this area and he has received a good report from these churches. We at Mt. Moriah Church are so thankful for him and his wife, Jamie, going forth to proclaim the gospel of God’s sovereign grace.
